There is NO way this could have been better. Too bad there isn't 10 stars. Only thing I would have liked, and still could, if I had something I could read that would tell me how I can change my degrees to another number for the day and then back to original later this evening and/or tomorrow. I know Fred told me, but I'm too old to remember that well. I will sure keep your phone number close at hand. Thank You!!!!
Called for a second opinion on my parents furnace, the tech that came out was very professional. He did a thorough job accessing the problem with their furnace and was able to give an estimate on repairs and also on replacement of the system. The technician explained everything well and was very polite and respectful
