Shanna did an amazing job on my eyebrows!
I fill in my brows every day and am very particular about how they look—but she was incredibly patient and spent over an hour working with me to perfect the shape. She also did matching mother-daughter tattoos for my mom, sister, and me, and they turned out beautifully. Shanna has been amazing throughout the entire process—professional, kind, and she makes you feel completely comfortable every step of the way.

Shanna did an amazing job on my nose piercing. She walked me through the entire process and even when I had questions after hours, she answered them through email. I plan on coming back for a fine line tattoo. Definitely recommend her and New Phases! Can't wait to see you again soon.

I had my brow touch up yesterday and love the way Shanna shaped my brows perfectly! She took such care and really looked closely to make sure the brows were balanced and shaped perfectly for my face. She constantly asked for my input. I highly recommend going to her for this treatment. I'm delighted!
