We have had two calls in to Lem-Aire and both times the service and interactions have been amazing. Last year Micheal came out and fixed up a fuse/wire issue for us with same day service. Yesterday our fan motor was out on our A/C. Jim came out yesterday and diagnosed the issue and then today was able to get the new part installed and our home is back to running like normal. I received a prompt response to every contact and every question, and was met with kindness and knowledge in each instance. We will remain Lem-Aire loyal clients as long as we own a home in Heath! Lost power to my furnace after a power line was pulled off the house by a tree. Called the morning after the line had been fixed and I found the problem. They were booked for 2 weeks but they care out late that same day. Found the problem within 10 minutes. They didn’t have the part on their truck but came back at 8am the next morning and installed it. Best $120 I’ve ever spent. I was expecting $250-$300. They didn’t try to sell me anything else or tell me I needed extra services. I WILL use them again in the future. Very professional!!
