They came out on time, respectful, clean and had all the parts. Even found something that would serious that were easily fixed. Could have been a disaster and we sure thank Houston Plumbing.

Got home after a long weekend to find our house temp was definitely lower than it should be. Left a message on Sunday around 1, and with in 30 minutes a person by the name of Josh responded, and was at my house within an hour. He was able to find and fix the issue very quickly. This was especially important as we go Into the coldest week all year. Very appreciative of Josh, his professionalism, and his quick response time. Will not hesitate to use Houston again!

Project report:Yesterday, November 16, 2023, at 7:30 am two plumbers from Houston Plumbing arrived at my house to replace my 35+ years old kitchen faucet. I don't remember their names, sorry. We had a short discussion about what needed to be done. We agreed on the work requirements.They had a difficult time removing my very old, rusty, and corroded faucet. Thats why I didn't want to do it myself. This was not a DIY project for me. After the old faucet was removed, the new faucet was installed with no problems. I am very happy with the work and results.
