I’ve been to other gyms and worked with a few trainers with different programs. I finally feel I am in the right place to meet my needs and help me obtain my personal goals. I’ve always been intimidated to join any gyms due to lack of knowledge for the equipment and proper form for exercises. EP was incredible at eliminating that for me. They are so good about tailoring your exercises perfectly to meet your wants AND needs. Not to mention the large amount of resources they offer to you for at home improvement of body and mind. They have wonderful members of this gym that offer an insane amount of kindness and group support while the owners and employees offer that same kindness and support individually to everyone. All around a great environment that allows for motivation and progress.
