We are beyond grateful to Desi and everyone who came out to help rescue our 8 week old kitten! She was stuck in the chassis of our van for 2 1/2 days. Thankfully, Mittens is back home and recovering beautifully.
We've had 5 dogs under the care of Cold Springs over the past 9 years. They have a caring staff, provide a lot of useful information and have worked us in for emergency situations.
We had an emergency with our cat on a Saturday afternoon. The other "emergency vet" in the Newark area refused to help. I called Cold Springs and left a msg. I got a return call within minutes. Within a couple hours we were in the vets office with a diagnosis and preparing for emergency surgery. When the surgery was over Dan texted us a pic of our sweet girl awake and doing well! They absolutely saved our cats life! Dr. Martin, Dan and the rest of the staff were amazing to deal with! I highly recommend them.
