Our furnace stopped working last night. It was the coldest of nights, with the outdoor temperature dipping to -6°F. We made sure to make a call first thing this morning. We've never used NDC Heating & Cooling, LLC before but have seen them recommended over and over (and I now see why!). A friendly voice answered our 8 am call and put us on the list for the day. By 10:24 am, a service van was pulling into our driveway. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, determining that we had a bad blower motor. He walked to his van as my husband and I talked. We assumed that he was perhaps making a call to order the part. Nope! He returned, carrying a new motor and by 11:30 am the motor was replaced, he had carefully cleaned up the area, and he was headed off to his next job. Wow! We are so grateful to have a snuggly warm home again in the middle of this artic blast and happily recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Was having issues with my furnace towards the end of season last year, NDC sent Dakota out, he figured out the problem, fixed one issue and had to order parts to fix the rest. 2 days later they had the part in he came back out and we've had heat since. Amazing group of people. Thank you for everything you guys do!
