My son called Sam and told him his 86 and 84 year old mother and father’s AC unit was out at 8pm at night. Sam was there and had us running in no time. That’s a person that cares about his business and the people he helps. Thank you Sam, your the man!
A power surge on one of the first hot days of the season zapped the compressor in our 4 year old AC system (originally installed by Air One). Ben came out same day and tested everything else first, hoping it was NOT the compressor. When it ultimately was the compressor, he promptly ordered a new one and confirmed it was under warranty. The day he received the compressor, he was out here in the extreme heat replacing it and adding fail-safe parts to ensure this does not happen again in the future. He even gave us a break on replacing the coolant we lost.
