I, honestly, CANNOT THANK YOU enough! I called at 9 am, to see if I could get in today, as I broke me glasses, yesterday. Not only were you all able to fit me in SAME day (I'm down from Akron, visiting my boyfriend), you helped me pick out a new pair of frames and gave me a copy of my new script. I am so thankful and impressed. And everyone was very kind! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
Made my appointment within 5 minutes quickly and easily, went in for appointment felt like I was in a welcome and clean atmosphere. Doctor was friendly and got my glasses within a week of my appointment, pretty good experience overall
I've had two experiences here, having eye exams and getting glasses for my son and myself. The vision center and exam rooms are both extremely clean environments, and the employees are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. They have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from with great prices. Last but not least the people working here are fantastic. Super helpful, patient, and friendly, I left the store thrilled with my choice of frames and in a great mood! I will continue to shop and have eye exams here from now on.
