First, let me say that we chose New Phila Concrete and Construction somewhat blindly, based on some reviews I saw. Turned out to be a wonderful choice. Ryan came to look at the job, which was tearing out of a chipped-up, old brick and concrete sidewalk and pouring new colored concrete sidewalk and sitting area. He was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of plain/colored concrete and stamping. After we talked, we decided we wanted a brown broomed walkway with contrasting stamped "antique" borders/trim and a stamped sitting area. When we got the estimate we were thrilled with the price. We normally would have contacted some other contractors and gotten a few more estimates, but we were so impressed with Ryan's knowledge and the price he quoted, we decided to move ahead with him. Not only did they produce an amazing sidewalk and seating area, the work every step along the way was done professionally: they took great care to protect the surrounding areas and lawn ornaments/patio furniture and were careful to not splash the colored concrete onto the existing adjacent patio/driveway during the pour and finishing. (We have a big driveway leading up to the project area ... they covered everything in plastic to protect it at all times.) Even though this is a somewhat small company, they have professional equipment and tools to do the work properly and that really makes a difference in the timing etc. The attention to detail in the project was amazing too. You can tell they really take pride in their work. Great work, great price, great attention to detail!
NPCC did a great job! We had them come and build us a concrete pad for a basketball court. Very professional, quick, and quality work. Will reach out to them again in the future for new projects
We had our back porch area redone just over a year ago by Ryan and it is just as beautiful as it was when they first finished it! I would highly recommend them for any concrete or construction work you may need.
