Fair, helpful, kind, and a bit ornery. Willie is the best! He once scheduled to come fix something specifically when a person was coming to my house to buy a piece of furniture, that I had advertised, so I didn’t have to be alone in the house with a stranger. He never forgets to ask how the family is doing while he’s here working. He really cares and wants to help. He’s a great guy with a quick smile and a joke that always brightens my day.
