“I’ve been working with the instructors at Body Pure Pilates for over seven years now. They are well trained and understand the various challenges my body has gone through during this time. Pilates is so beneficial as an exercise for the whole body! Recently I have been working with Huny Adams who in addition to being a well trained Pilates instructor, was also a licensed physical therapist.
