Dr Boysel is a e, knowledgeable, caring doctor. He spends all the time that I need with him and answers all of my questions. His diagnoses are usually spot on. If anything comes up between appointments I contact him via the portal and he usually answers within a few hours or less. Most of the staff are friendly too.

Slowly and slowly disliking this practice more and more. I've been a patient here for probably around 5 years now and every time I'm here I wait for extended periods of time. I have trouble understanding the purpose of making an appointment, to reserve someone's time, if it's not upheld. I had an appointment at 2pm today. I arrived about 10 minutes early (after spending 10 minutes at home updating my own chart via mobile device) , assuming that once I got here it would speed things up. I'm still sitting in a waiting room as I type this, awaiting a sighting of my doctor. It's 2:40pm. I understand and sympathize with being busy, but please value your patients time. It's clear to all who come here you are overscheduling I know for a fact I can go elsewhere and be helped more quickly. All of that said, the staff and doctors are usually very polite. I appreciate the nursing staff especially.
