He even found ways to save us money and was honest about what needed done vs. what wasn’t necessary. He kept after the crew to make sure they weren’t damaging anything, checked their work, and thoroughly checked/cleaned up the yard and mulch beds at the end of the day. One of our post caps on the deck was damaged, and even though it wasn’t clear how it happened, Chris didn’t hesitate to replace it AND all of the other post caps to make sure they all looked new. He went above and beyond & we appreciated that. Chris also provided us with an estimate and cost breakdown with anything extra that could come up (but didn’t), while other roofing companies did not want to provide this and only wanted our insurance estimate & check. I learned a lot during this process and highly recommend avoiding storm chasing roof companies and instead use a small family run business doing honest work like this one!“
