I am absolutely disgusted on how my experience went tonight at En Vogue Nails. I've been going to En Vogue Nails for about 15 years now and have been nothing but impressed but today when I went in it was awful. I don't normally make yelp reviews about things based on one experience but today takes the cake. I made an appointment around 2:00 PM and was told that I could not have an appointment until around 5:30 PM. I show up for my appointment and they take me right away but when it comes to her putting on gloves she only had latex gloves. I asked if she had any other glove because I have a allergic reaction when my skin touched latex and she just looks at me and goes no no no. The one man that normally works there just ignores what's happening and he is normally the one that communicates when peoples English are not the best so after that I walk up to him you ask if he has any other gloves and he says no. I also let him know that people have irritation or allergies to latex and he says that's the only kind of gloves that we have. I'd then proceed to ask if she can do it without gloves and she goes no and points to her manicure. As I'm walking out, one of the other lady stops the girl working and says use my gloves. Sounds like somebody else there has a latex allergy and the point is completely ignored. I do not want to give my money to a place that is not willing to accommodate people based on allergies. This experience makes me not wanna go to En Vogue Nails again anytime soon and that sucks because it's my favorite and they do the best job. This is why my stars are still pretty high but this experience is awful. In the end, I did not get my nails done because why would I sit there after that experience?

Great experience. Andy got me in immediately and did a beautiful French manicure for me. He was fun to talk with and did a great job!! We come to Cocoa Beach every year and that will be my new salon for manicures and hopefully a pedicure next year???

Had a gift card. Went for pedicure a little pricey but did a nice job. Went to pay and computer was having issues did not show how much was on gc. Was told small balance was still owed paid with cc. When I returned home owner called me to tell me she credited my cc because my gf covered it and ther was a small balance left on gf. She held it till I returned. Very impressed. Will definitly return.
