Higgins did a great job installing our new septic system for us in September. Derik, Cody and Cole were very professional, and showed some extra logistical talent as we are in Portage County and his team was working “far from home”. It meant a lot to us that he at one point reset the whole project stating “what would my dad do?”. A job well done by some great guys, we are hoping they can help us with some other projects down the road..they truly made us feel like “their favorite customers”.
