Great gym environment. It has a garage gym feel so if that’s your thing highly recommend. I was in town visiting and needed a day pass to get a workout in. The new owner was very responsive and helpful and only charges five bucks for a day pass which is a great deal.

Fruchey and everyone that works out here keeps the building very tidy. Whenever you need to use the facilities they are clean no trash laying anywhere and is kept at a good temperature throughout the year. Open all the time for the night owls and early risers. Provides cleaning agents and rags to keep equipment clean, coat rack/hangers, visiting area, a shop open early day, a ladies area only, training, provided that you ask. Overall best gym I've been to!
