While I live in Defiance, my laptop had a dying CPU fan that had to be repaired, and was sent over to the Napoleon store to be fixed. While it took longer to get my laptop back than I anticipated/was hoping, that was of no fault to the store, as it took a full week for the new fan to get shipped in. It's been close to a month now since I got my laptop back and it has been running beautifully and staying very cool. I was also fearing the worst in regards to pricing, but it actually turned out overall to be cheaper than I was expecting.

I've now had two laptops worked on by these guys, both the Defiance and Napoleon stores, and have yet to have a bad experience....read full review

They are professional, charge fair prices and do great work, as I have not had any issues with either laptop since they've been worked on. Definitely will be my go-to place when dealing with computer issues in the future.
