Great experience! Same day service was unexpected but much appreciated. Kyle quickly diagnosed and fixed the minor problem inside the house and then replaced the old, corroded meter box outside. He was very pleasant, careful and worked quickly. We would highly recommend Kyle and Thompson Electric for any residential work.

Exceptional Service from Kyle and Andrew, but Poor Experience from Joe.
I recently had Thompson Electric complete a project at my house, and I have mixed feedback to share. On the positive side, Kyle and Andrew were the technicians who worked on the project, and they were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction.
