A couple days prior to the appointment she reached out to get an idea on what my hair currently looks like and what was previously done to make sure everything would be right for the appointment which i thought was amazing. My mom is a cosmetologist so she has always done my hair but she now lives across the country and I've never been to a salon even being 30 years old lol My best friend recommended this place, Kara and she did wonderful! Loved the atmosphere, they had K-cups for coffee and it was a very pleasant time????? A little on the pricey side but worth it because I got the results I actually wanted. Kara took care of my hair and made sure as not to damage it

“First time here, and decided it won’t be my last. Last hair cut I had was at least 7 years ago, my hair was pat my waist. The women that cut it back then cut it to about the bottom of my shoulder blades, much shorter than I wanted. I haven’t been to a salon since, until today. I believe it was Carol that cut my hair, and she was incredibly attentive, understanding and did not over step not a single boundary. She cut my hair EXACTLY how I requested, taking all my anxiety away from stepping into a salon. She took her time and educated herself on precisely what I was anxious about, and executed the cut flawlessly. It will take some getting use to, but overall I adore the cut and carol!!
