The staff at Universal were down-to-earth, friendly, and efficient. They patiently listened to my concerns, suggested a routine of care, and took care of my issues right away. I highly recommend this group and would not hesitate to return to them with dermatology needs. Thank you!
The doctors and nurses at the mount vernon location are great, however, the front desk person...I'll say this, if someone is not behind on their payments and already has a history of paying off $100-200 balances In full why would you hound someone about a payment plan?! Actually get them so mad that they contemplated skipping the full body scan? The nurse noted it she went and got the doctor and she also gave me the option to skip the appointment. I shouldn't be contemplating that or the fact that if I have another spot to let it go so I don't have to go thru what I went thru with the front desk person. Extremely pleased with Stephanie the nurse practitioner. Very thorough. She listens to the patient and is proactive to biopsy areas necessary. On 2 different occasions those biopsies revealed cancer requiring further procedures. And she has an excellent personality!
