Very well kept and maintained facilities and machines... everyone is very respectful and friendly. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating... they also have weight lifting information and exercises mapped out at the desk to help give you some sort of direction.... definitely a hidden gem...
Incredible gym, its large so you have enough room to do your own thing. They have everything to allow you to get the work done and they play classic rock - a bonus for me. 10/10 would go again.
Great gym, it's just in the building stage so it's not quite finished. Plus there aren't any actual workers that I know of besides the owner. But it is an older crowd mostly and very respectful. I really enjoy the convenience of it and that there is plenty of room that you aren't on top of anyone... definitely recommend
