I am 64 years old and I have had quite a few health providers in my life. By far Jordan is the best provider I have ever had. I think it's very important that your Healthcare Providers listens to you in helps you make the right decisions for your health. Simone his is his mother in she is fantastic also. I trust both of them very much for the care of myself and my wife. I do not write a lot of reviews. But this practice that they operate is top-notch from the receptionist to the nurses.

This is the BEST family practice going! Everyone is so kind and go above and beyond. You do not feel like just a number. I am so thankful for Simona starting her own practice and all they offer to our community.

Today was my first visit to the Moore Family Practice Center....Every person in the building deserves the highest of praises, - Especially Dr.Jordan Moore.The entire staff was friendly and personable, while still maintaining a professional work ethic.It has taken some time, but I have finally found a local Doctor's office that will be my #1 choice from now on.Thank you all very much! You are appreciated!
