Ricks offers fantastic emergency service. Our AC went out July 3rd at 10pm. July 4th at 9am the tech shows up and has us running in an hour. We even signed up for the service contract, because this is the type of place we want to give out business to.

Had an issue on with a unit Ricks installed for us a few years back. The first call wasn't able to fix the issue which was disappointing as we paid $99 to recommend replacing the filter. We had another tech, Andy, come over on a Saturday and he was able to quickly resolve the issue. It ended up being a blown capacitor on the blower, which caused it to run in reverse, and he replaced it with no charge. Thank you!

We have used Rick's for years for all our HVAC needs. They come to our home 2 times a year for routine checks/maintenance and also have replaced our entire HVAC unit. I recommend them to anyone needing service!
