Dr. Craig is very knowledgable and really cares about my animals. I really appreciate the transparency when it comes to billing, they will send an estimate for any procedure a week in advance so you can decide if you want to continue with the procedure. I also appriciate when I call because my dog has another UTI that they don't require an appointment and just call in medicine for her. Great vet for your pets!

Bring your animals here. The doctor actually has a heart. I had a sick and dying kitten where nothing could be done in order to save it. At the time I could not afford to pay the fee to have her euthanized or any potential treatment that may save her. no other local vets would help at all. Dr meads and Lebanon animal shelter literally would have let her sit and suffer due to lack of $$$. I called Baker house and ask them if they could take this little kitten off of my hands and potentially save her and rehome her when she's better or put her down because I can't afford to do either. We have been seeing Dr. Craig and the Baker House staff for years now, and trust them utterly and completely with our pets. Dr. Craig doesn't rush you, and gives you her full attention every time; and her staff is so sweet. They know their stuff and they will give you the utmost respect and care. Thanks Baker House!
