Anytime I have called for service over the years, whoever has come out to the house has been great. This time it was a particularly odd issue, which Dean worked until he got it solved.
I had a computer that I was making music with for over 7 years and it crashed, so I put off getting it fixed because I thought it was a lost cause. The guy who took care of me was named Pat. I could tell right off the bat was in good hands. Pat recovered all my old music and was able to transfer it to a newer computer I bought. That computer ended up having issues as well and Pat was able to work his magic and get everything working the way I needed it. I won't be taking my tech anywhere else
