Agent and the Manager, Andy Weiss disagreed with me, the client, about the time that the inspection period ran from. Even though it was clearly stated in the Purchase Agreement, they disagreed and suggested I get an Attorney. The Attorney agreed with me about the date, but they would not pay for the fee charged to prove I was right. These people are unable to read contracts which is why you hire them. They wanted me to sign a Consent to Release the purchasers from buying my property and said they were within the Inspection Period. They were clearly NOT within the Inspection Period. Great agents with superior knowledge on the market and super up to date on all the latest technology.

I would strongly recommend steering clear of this agency, especially realtor Pat Eveslage. I had the worst experience with her in that she lied throughout the whole process. She was condescending and dishonest in her description of what I was buying from her clients. Their customer service sucks, and I am still waiting on a return call from her and her manager. She is very sweet and professional while she is trying to obtain your business, but when it's all said and done and she has been paid, do not expect anything relating to professionalism from her or her agency.
