“Dudley, a Newfoundland, ingested some extremely poisonous topical medication. 24 hours later was collapsing on all fours and shaking head from side to side. He was nursed at the clinic for 6 days and I am happy to say he is his old self. I believe he would not have made it if it wasn't for the attention he got from Dr's David and Matt Custis and staff.“

“I like this place because it is clean and the people here are very friendly and easy to deal with. The reason I give them 4 stars is because my dog had a tick and I was able to take it out but I still wanted to have her checked and they could not acomódate until a week later... I felt like they should consider allowing an in between appointments if it can be a quick consultation and since my dog has been comming here for her regular check ups. (Just something to consider) everything else is great about this place“

“Dr. Combs went above and BEYOND for my pregnant bully. Whatever answers he didn't know, he reached out to whoever he could to get the information. We all were learning together and that right there makes it feel like family. One of his co-workers Crista, walked me through the entire birthing process, answered all my questions, and educated me with no hesitation. Words cannot explain how grateful I am for Dr.Combs, his staff, and everyone else who helped with this journey! I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE! Such a great place! “MONEY HUNGRY VET!!!!!!Moved out of state and needed Rx cat food ASAP as cats were out of food. They would NOT fill the Rx to get food. Unless they were seen. (Because it had been a year and a half). MY other cat was seen less than a year ago. They didn't care. I was with this vet since 2007 I guess that didn't mean anything to them and how much money I gave them in vet bills. I seen a change after a certain Dr. Left it so sad. Now my cat with stones may get them back. Thanks alot for not helping. Untilbi could get a vet in my state“

“These veterinarians were amazing!!! From the front staff to the main vet herself. Walked me through different vaccines, the way tests worked, what I could schedule later to not break the bank, and our dog was SO comfortable and loved! It gives me comfort knowing they care not just about your pet and what's best for them, but what's best for you too! We needed a vet, so obviously will be back. And I'm so excited for them to see her cause I know they loved her. Thank you all for being amazing and we'll see you again in a couple weeks!“

“She is the most compassionate vet hands down i have known. Sadly and unexpectedly my 6 month old rat had a stoke and needed to be put to sleep due to pain and she lost ability to eat/drink. Dr. Laura was on vacation and i wasnt able to wait of course. I called around and was shocked of the price difference. It was well under $100 for Dr. Laura vs over $200 at another local vet. It just a shame that money would decide the fate. Blessed as we were, nature tooks it course and she passed quickly. With my past experience rats are loyal and tough and will fight even though they are in so much pain. Just a big shout out to you Dr. Laura....you are amazing and know your heart is truly in your work❤“
“Dr. Burk has gone above and beyond to help me with an abused stray cat that I was able to rescue. She was so loving and willing to offer advice for how to help this poor kitty who clearly had been abused. We were able to get the kitty and have him checked out and neutered. The love and care that she gave our new little friend was beyond anything we could have imagined. He is one healthy, happy boy now thanks to Western Hills and their love for animals!“

“My 5 month old puppy, had an emergent situation this Saturday. All offices I called, would not see him, and suggested I take him to medvet which I’ve had poor experiences with. I called Bigger rd veterinary clinic, and they said bring him right in. We jumped in the car and headed straight there. They took great care of my baby. We were not patients there prior, but we most certainly are now.“

“I've taken three cats and our dog to Monroe Pet Hospital. Two of the cats were feral which they were happy to take care of. Their care of animals is great and they 're excellent at explaining things to the owner.“
