My wedding day I felt like a princess, and it all started at the Looking Glass salon. Brie worked with me from the trial run to the big day and listened to my ideas and incorporated what would work on me. All my bridesmaids looked fantastic and they enjoyed the experience as well. The Thursday before the girls in my family did mani/pedi and the techs did amazing with my 3 & 4 year old nieces. Living an hour and a half away made it difficult but whenever I called, any beautician who picked up was able to answer my question and reassure me of a smooth start to the wedding day- and it indeed go smooth! I highly recommend the Looking Glass for any updo styles, and especially for any bridal packages- the whole salon is booked out to the party and coffee, tea, & water is provided. The hours had changed and I didn’t notice so I got there too late. Left a review so the owner messaged me and came back after hours to get me a spray tan. They really went above and beyond to help me!

From the onset of the project, they were personal, actively listened, provided creative and functional ideas, and were conscience of my budget. They proactively checked in and reviewed every stage of the project with me, and change orders were easily made when necessary, and they weren't afraid to offer alternative suggestions. Even during the Covid-19 Crisis, they never skipped a beat on the timeline, and were respectful of the pandemic guidelines they needed to adhere to.The work space was always clean and organized and the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Subcontractors were managed well elminating my need to constantly check in on their progress. Their craftsmanship is exceptional, resulting in a superior quality outcome. We love our new business space. I would highly recommend this firm.
