Great communication from start to finish. This company is staffed with pros from the front office to the job site! If you're not home they will send you an email with pictures of your repair. If you're home with them they explain every step in their process. Nothing makes a homeowner feel better about a repair than when the professional explains the job.I'm am deeply impressed with Keister Plumbing. It's no wonder they are so busy & that they are booked out 4 weeks. Totally worth the wait.
