Called Rob on a Sunday fully expecting him to not have any availability. To my surprise not only did he say he’d come to check out the a/c but he arrived within an hour. First off I don’t usually give reviews but am so impressed with Rob! On the warmest day of the year 99 degrees out, An elderly friend of mine called me and said her home was 85 degrees inside that the Air conditioner was not working. After I made sure she was ok, I googled heating and cooling.. I started calling a few companies, I explained her situation, know one would or could come out. Furnace stopped igniting suddenly during our cold snap. I called 3 companies and Rob was the only one who would come out the same day. He said it would be a couple hours but he showed up as promised. It was a dead bird in the motor and 20 minutes later we had heat! Awesome service, thank you.
