I had received a “B-stock” Gretsch knob by accident and they reached out to correct the issue immediately.
They sent a brand new one with expedited shipping and even offered to let me me keep the faulty one.
They also sent a complimentary fender Pick.
I ordered 6 parts from the Guitar Parts Factory online store. Out of the 6 parts I ordered I recieved five and one I did not ordered. I ordered a lapsteel guitar pickup and received a bridge cover. I tried calling several times but there was no answer. The online invoice has a message at the bottom. Stating please reply to this email if you have any questions. So I did. Its been 3 day No answer so far. I will update if and when I here back from them.
Update:
Got an email from Jess on March 9, telling me the missing item was in the mail. Received item on the 12th.
All is good .
I did not visit the shop but, I found the place on Reverb. I placed an order on Saturday and had it on Tuesday. Super fast shipping from the cool lil lake town of Millersport. I will definitely be making a trip to the shop sometime. These independent music stores are disappearing. Please support local businesses!!!
