Had roof and gutters replaced by charm builders around 2 years ago. John who did the estimate was very thorough in making sure everything was completed to our level of expectations. Work completed was Top Notch. and 2 years later looks as good as it did the day it was installed.

The group at Charm Builders was very professional, and they were easy to deal with. They were timely with their appointments, and met me at early on to look over our roofing project. Only contractor that came to out house and actually got on the roof to look everything over, take detailed measurements and then sat down in their truck to give me a quote on the spot. Once everything was agreed upon, they were about 2 weeks out to do the project. They communicated their start date, and they arrived early with a crew of about 10 people.
