Fantastic company. The day after they cleaned our carpets our cats made a new nasty stain. Russ offered to come back out when they were 'in the neighborhood' so we could avoid a minimum site visit charge. They gave us a very reasonable charge for the fresh stain, and when their first treatment didn't finish the job, they came back two more times without hesitation (no charge) to get the job done! They take serious pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.
I prefer to support small local businesses whenever possible and SteamKraft did not disappoint. I have used a couple of the larger big name carpet cleaners in the past and SteamKraft greatly surpasses them in both quality of service and price. I definitely recommend them and will call again for next time.
They were very responsive and were able to set an appointment quickly. Communication was great. The two gentlemen that came were friendly and professional. They did a great job and my carpet looks, and smells, wonderful.
