Had new roof installed by secure roofing. After we started having water damage on back wall, I investigated and found the problem to be that NO drip edge was installed. The rain water runs under the fascia, across the soffit and down the wall!!!! Who in their right mind installs a new roof WITHOUT DRIP EDGE! Have contacted Secure Roofing and also our insurance company (the roof was an insurance claim).UPDATE: I sent an email to the responder (roofally), have called the company multiple times and left voicemails and still no response. Everytime it rains, potentially more damage is done. Code requires that drip edge is to be installed and they installed none! I am at the...read full review

Secured Roofing came out and replaced my old siding with new and the results were very good. The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose.Bob walked my husband and I through every step. From picking out the color to finished job he was there and that was such a comfort not to have to re-explain what we wanted to a crew. He also took care of talking to the insurance company and getting all the paperwork together.I'd highly recommend them.

I had Secure roofing replace my siding on my home in 2016 and my roof in 2017. I was pleased with the their work and the manner in which they worked with me during both project. But most of all what pleased me was the customer service. I saw recently that two shingles had blown of my roof, being afraid that the shingles would start a ripple, I called Secured Roofing and their service department told me that someone would follow up with me to address my concerns. With in 2 hours someone had contacted and set up an appointment to come and replace the shingles. Two day later there was some on my roof to replace the missing shingles and check for any more missing or loss shingle. Wow!! good service. Thanks
