We are approaching our first year anniversary in our Schumacher home and absolutely love it. Not only were there various options to chose from in the design studio but the attention to detail during the building process went beyond expectations.
My husband and I knew, that one day, we would build our own home. He is a plumber and has worked for Schumacher Homes for multiple years. He has seen firsthand the process, accountability, and craftsmanship that goes into building a Schumacher home.

We have had the very best experience with Schumacher in Milford, Oh. We’ve been in our home almost 2 years and not only were they amazing during the build Jim who handles all the warranty is just absolutely the best. During the build our contractor Lynn was just so professional and knowledgeable of the whole process of our build. Absolutely Nothing got past him on making sure this house was built as though his own family was moving in. Schumacher has the absolute best in building when it comes to Lynn. Afterwards Jim who handles any warranty issues is just a treasure to this company. This is where I read problems can come up with building but not with this... read full review
