I found this company a pleasure to work with! One of their reps stopped at my condo unit when they were out giving an estimate to my neighbor. They found storm damage I wouldn't have known about! They worked out the details with my insurance. All I had to do was approve, be available, and be the go-between for the payment. They did an excellent job! Highly recommend them. They do other types of work, too!
I had been approached by another company several months ago to be sold a roof. That annoyed me very much, however about a month or so ago Dave from Roofing For Troops was driving through my area and he stopped by my house. We talked for serval hours after he took a look at my roof and inspected my attic. He laid everything out for me, showed me figures, and everything. Way more detail and honesty compared to the other guys who came out. They worked with me and my insurance company to get me fixed up. Shane knocked on my door to sell me a new roof on the right day. The entire sales side of the deal was smooth, drama free and they didn't gouge our bank account either!!! The finished product however, is worth so much more. I can't say enough about the incredible job and dedication Josè and his crew put into the job they did today. What was supposed to be a reshingling of our roof became a 13+ hour job these men completed in some of the hottest weather.
