“This family of UC Bearcat Alumni live from one corner of Ohio in the north to the opposite corner in Cincinnati. A little over a year ago we found a 5 story house in Mount Adams for the purpose of gathering as a family and making memories in the city that is so special to us. Our new home boasted 3 outdoor deck spaces (over a 1000 square feet) of prime outdoor living along with an exterior in desperate need of renovation and some repair from water damage and the unusual weather extremities that had taken their toll on our “diamond in the rough” project.
