“I couldn’t be happier taking my dog here. We had a Gordon Setter last year that we took in after my father passed. We tried for months to make it work and it just didn’t. We had used this company for daycare and grooming and they were so kind to help us find a new home for her.

We have a Husky now named Maya, who was also a rescue. We had limited information on her but they still worked with us and got her in for a full groom, nail trim and brushing. Maya is timid and terrified to have her paws touched but they did so well with her and now my girl is clean and happy! We will definitely be returning. The owner is personable and genuinely loves her clients.

The staff is super polite and helpful when I have questions. They informed me right away anytime they noticed something different about Lily. Honestly just really appreciate everyone who works here. “If you have been on the fence about switching to a cat only vet, make the switch! I can not emphasize enough that the care my cat received at her first appointment was the best care she has received from a Veterinarian in her entire life. At her first appointment she was seen by both Veterinarian's, Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez. I had several questions and they were both so patient answering in detail all of my questions. My cat had her blood pressure taken which was the first time that has ever happened. Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez also identified a new issue that needs to be addressed that was identified from checking her blood pressure. As she is a senior feline, she needs better attention given to her as she ages. Also, all of the staff in the office are amazing & so welcoming! Danielle checked me out & made sure that I understood the directions for her new medication. She also made suggestions on ways to make the pill giving easier. Before I left, I scheduled my other cat for an appointment as I want to make sure he does not have anything that has been left undiagnosed in the past. Make the switch! I keep wondering if her current diagnosises of Kidney Failure & Hyperthyroidism could have been prevented if she had seen Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez sooner.“

“Karla is amazing with our dog Norbert. He is a large energetic 65lb chocolate lab puppy but melts into Karla the moment he is in the pool. She makes the experience amazing by adding in some games to help calm him in the water and get him used to being submerged. I would highly recommend Here Buoy! to anyone interested!“

“This place is remarkable. Your dog will feel like they are in their own home. Our 6 year old Boston Terrier has severe separation anxiety, and this is the only place he will tolerate. For years we couldn't travel unless family was available to sit in our house. This place is a godsend!“

I connected with Debbe and here I am 10 years & 3 Shepherds later. All three have been to Happy Tails puppy class. I highly recommend her. She is the most honest, straightforward, kind person. “Eastgate Animal Hospital was very accommodating when my sweet dog Dalton wasn't feeling well. They were able to welcome us the very next morning as I called at nearly 5 pm. They did all that was needed to help him to feel better. It was much appreciated and we didn't have to spend a ton of $ and time at an emergency vet. Their staff was understanding and communicated with me in a welcoming and caring manner.“

“Dr. Meekin and Dr. Faircloth have been the vets for our pets for years. Dr. Meekin is a very detail oriented, critter focused professional who's sole focus is care for the animal. Dr. Faircloth is compassionate with our animals, talks us through any issues he finds, and is very personable with us. I don't think we've met a tech or front desk personnel we didn't like there. With 4 dogs and 3 cats currently in their care, we could be facing massive vet costs, but overall, they are reasonable. Are they the least expensive? No. But they are worth every penny spent.
5 yrs ago, at the peak of covid, our great dane became very sick from a huge absess in his neck. These 2 men and their staff saved our big guy. It took 2 surgeries to clean the area, and massive amounts of medicine and months of aftercare. Our former vet wouldn't have gone to the lengths they did. (They both called during all hours to check on him, even their days off!) We will forever be greatful for their care of our big dude.“

“I would like to thank all of the staff here, from the front of the house to the techs and Dr. Faircloth who saved my cats life, quite literally and Dr.Dan, who has treated all of my dogs , even the "scary" working dogs ! Yesterday I went in terrified bc my 16 y/o pit/ ridgeback mix had been coughing so hard and struggling to catch his breath the previous night, that I was certain this was the visit that was going to be the one when I heard that he had congestive heart failure or something similar. Dr. Dan was running a bit late only bc he was finishing an emergency surgery. Dr. Faircloth was already done for the day but saw Ringo and I waiting and said , " I'm technically done but I can help you get started. He ended up doing the entire appt. He listened to my dogs, heart and lungs, even though my dog was trying to bite him. He was muzzled, my dog, not Dr. Charlie. The technician did a wonderful job of very gently restraining him.Dr Faircloth could have easily told me that we needed to do an echocardiogram, x-rays and up sold me, but he told me if it was his dog he wouldn't do that that it was probably a bacterial infection on top of some acid reflux and that was that and we left with some medication instead of me spending thousands of dollars on things I didn't need. My dog is doing so much better today. I can't even tell you how my family cried with relief knowing that my 16-year-old dog is going to be around for hopefully quite some time more.“
