The entire Icon team was professional, transparent with the restoration process, and a pleasure to work with. Ian did a great job with cleaning up the mess left by a leaking appliance. Dustin got me with his team for the restoration and Brad was awesome at taking care of everything that needed fixed. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

THREE TIMES I had a water problem in my basement. Each time the folks from ICON sent their crew with gigantic fans to dry the carpet. They were careful in moving my furniture and in one case needed to raise a large section of the carpet so the fans could dry the underside and prevent mold from growing there. When the carpets were dry the team returned, removed their large fans then put all the furniture back in its normal place. They also gave me such good advice about the water problem that even with extreme rain there are no more water problems in my basement. I think ICON is the best and recommend them highly to anyone needing their services.

I was impressed by the work of the employees at Icon. I highly recommend them for any mold remediation job. I was happy with the end results and I felt comfortable having them work in my home.
