Communication from the contractor was terrible. An example being we wouldn't hear from him for weeks and then come home to people working on our house. Overall the work was completed correctly but I would not recommend this company to a friend. **Update within a year the work completed was already damaged again.

Friendly management team, office staff, and tradesman. They work together with you and your insurance carrier to help make the repair process more smooth. They were good about documenting and reporting additional damage to the insurance adjuster for approval of the extra cost before doing the additional repairs. This meant no surprises or unexpected out of pocket costs when the job was complete.
