Gordon had great reviews so gave him a call. He was very accommodating to my crazy schedule. He was on time. I was very happy with the results. As we were looking over everything, he noticed a spot that I didn’t see, he went and got the equipment off his truck and went over it again. Highly recommend.

New to Cincinnati and found good reviews for Gordon online. I was a bit weary of the larger companies because you never know who will show up at your house and from my experience they just try to get the job done as quickly as possible. So I gave Gordon a shot. He cleaned our basement stairs and basement carpet yesterday and I’m very pleased with the result. He knows his stuff and has different supplies to tackle different types of stains. We were concerned the carpet needed replaced but happy to say that now we can get a few more years out of it.
