I'm actually shocked I have not written a review on Day Heights yet, because I absolutely adore them!! When we first moved to the area we tried 7 Hills because it was closest to our house, however they were so rude and tried to give my cat to some random person because they don't actually care about your pet. Then we found Day Heights and this RAISED THE BAR for my vet experiences. Every time we schedule they help us to see the same vet, regardless of it's the cat or the dogs that need an appointment. She knows us, knows our pets and treats them with us in mind. She's honest, gives advice for our puppy, is patient with her and just loves on her so hard. I've never met...read full review

We love how the people here care for our pets. Even my sister takes her pet here, whenever she visits my place ( she lives in different state).
I was really nervous switching to a new vet after my experience at the last place, but they have welcomed me in and made me feel heard in any concerns I’ve had. We’ve only had two visits but they’ve listened to me, answered my questions, and greatly informed me of any options that there might be for treatment. They work with me and I appreciate it.
I feel optimistic about staying here. The office is a lot quieter and kinder than the last place. I don’t dread phone-calls from them the way I used to with the previous vet, and that tells me all I need to know. They’re kind of a small office but they have a lot of heart in their midst. Definitely recommended.
