Danielle was so friendly and knowledgable. She got my computer back up and running very quickly, and worked around my schedule to ensure convenience! She was so helpful, informative, and wonderful to work with. I'll definitely be keeping her number on hand for any future PC needs!

Danielle did a terrific job repairing and tuning my laptop. She has extensive knowledge of all types of computer equipment and thoroughly a pleasure to work with her. She provided me with an excellent verbal and written explanation of the causes of my issues as well as provided me with a folder of very helpful tools that I can use for trouble shooting and self-tuning, if needed. I would definitely recommend her. Oh, and Danielle is very responsive, and I felt her prices are very reasonable. Thank You so much, John.

I remove viruses & malware, cleanup/ optimize, add/upgrade/replace computer components, install/uninstall software, reinstall/repair/upgrade operating systems, setup wired and wireless networks, recover data from hard drives, and lots more! My turnaround time varies; depending on current work load, and if any parts need to be ordered or picked up. All drop offs, pickups, and remote repairs must be scheduled, as I'm in and out quite a bit. Email is the best way to reach me, as I don't have anyone else taking my calls while I am working.
