Had them come out to take a look at some small cracks in our foundation and they were honest and helpful. Easily could have told me that our foundation needed thousands of dollars of work, but they said it was just cosmetic and no need to worry. If I ever need foundation/water proofing help they will be the first call I make.

Justin, the owner, was so helpful. He was very professional and clearly an experienced expert yet he didn’t try and convince us to do anything. Would definitely bring them back out!

I called Basement Worx sometime in May and Lonnie came out very soon after to do an estimate. He was there 30 minutes and before he left I had the estimate in my email and a tentative date for the work of late August. Late August came around and they showed up in the exact day he gave me in May. I also run a business in the trades and being that exact with a schedule is incredibly impressive and rare. The entire team was very professional as well. 4 full days at my house and the whole basement was waterproofed and new sump pump installed.
