The crew of at your service showed up at 6:45 and were on the roof at 7:00 am. They had a crew of 10 and Shawn Felts did a great job preparing the site and explaining what would take place. Our roof was installed in 5.5 hours, They did a wonderful job, we are very pleased with the workmanship. The entire crew were very courtious and professional. Jeff Ehrhard stayed in contact with me for over a year. He was extremely helpful and kept his word on estimates and made us feel very comfortable in choosing At Your Service. We looked at 3 other companies and Jeff made it easy for us to choose his company. I would absolutely recommend At Your Service.
This was an excellent experience from the beginning of assessment with Emmett and Jeff through the final implementation of the project. At your service staff worked directly with my insurance company making the process very simple and straightforward. I highly recommend them. Final product is spectacular.

I worked with CJ from “At Your Service” to determine damage that was done to my roof from a hailstorm. He was so knowledgeable about what kind of damage I had, and what my insurance would potentially cover of it. He made what I initially found to be a confusing and overwhelming topic easy to understand. He was very quick in responding to all of my questions, and went above and beyond to help me make the right decisions about my roof! 10/10 recommend!
