My mother in law went in to pick out a countertop etc. we were told that day, we’d have a quote by end of day… no phone call. Then when we dropped off the samples, again we were told “no excuse other than being short staffed, we’ll call by end of day” … it’s been 5 days with no call for the quote. We went somewhere else and had countertops, tile and sink picked out, quoted and confirmed in 1 day. This was a smaller job but we were made to feel like it was an inconvenience because it wasn’t a full reno. Glad with being forced to choose another option and have been treated right since we walked in the door.

Very large selection of flooring. The staff was very helpful but not pushy. Let us look and answered questions. Gave a quote on the spot and the cost was reasonable for today market. I would advise you to check them out for price.
