Took my carpets and deposit, all numbers disconnected and no one is at the office!

MAJOR ISSUE…THEFT of oriental rug !!!!The owner of the company, Russ, cleaned my home carpets and took my oriental rug to be cleaned offsite and essentially STOLE IT !! IT WAS NEVER returned ! After many attempts trying to contact the owner, Russ, (once he did answer his phone, seemed surprised I was calling about where was my rug…he promised to find out where my rug was and get back to me). NO CALL BACK, AND NO ORIENTAL RUG RETURNED!!!This company (and the owner who did the job) did a very poor job of cleaning my carpet, I paid for the job but was never provided with an invoice as promised and they stole my oriental rug !
Still waiting on my w-2s. Last 2 pay checks bounced. Cuts corners. Isn't certified in flood services or carpet cleaning, but will provide the services. High pressure sales attitude. Leaves a ton of residues in carpet when "encapsulation" cleaning and jet extraction. About the only thing he does well as an owner operator is vacuum. Would not recommend to anyone. Would give zero stars if I could.
