“AC wasnt getting cold. I called at 9 a.m. rhis morning and Francisco was here at 1:30 p.m. He diagnosed the problem and explained my cost options. He proceeded to fix my AC unit. Francisco was very informative, polite, courteous and friendly. This is the 2nd time I have called Robinson Heating & Air Conditioning to fix a problem for me. “Blair Heating is a great company. The offer a great product at a wonderful value. Seven years ago we purchased a new Trane furnace and AC. It was installed professionlly in two days. Since I purchased a service agreement, it is serviced twice a year.

Yesterday, the AC stopped working. I called them this morning which was a Sunday. They came out and I was expecting to pay a $125 service fee. The technician replaced a capacitor and it was working again. However since the AC unit was serviced within the last 30 days, he waived the service fee and it was only $70.

I was aghast at the charge! FYI:
I had a new Moen cartridge that I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. After checking my installation and reinstalling it, they figured out that the cartridge I had was either defective or that a piece of rubber may have gotten inside it. So I had a bill for just under $300. I get the $100 service call and an hourly rate quoted "per specific repair,” ...but ouch!“
