I have been going to this office for over 40 years! Dr. Sorrell was the doctor when I began. I have in the past referred many people to this office. I go there every year and have purchased glasses and contacs every year until 2022. I partially retired and my insurance changed. I called today to see if they could assist me in obtaining 1 contac (my contacs are on back order from another company and I don't have any for my right eye..plus I don't have glasses for backup) and was told I would have to get an eye exam and order contacs from them...otherwise they cannot help me!!
